When listening to your hypnosis session on CD then you must find a nice quiet place where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session. It is advisable to listen to the session for at least 3 weeks. You will most probably notice changes before but to be sure that the new habits have been anchored it is better to listen for 3 weeks.
